A crooked tile. A grout line that's off. Those are the things that keep you up at night. Because if something needs to be straight, it's straight. That's not a trait, that's who you are.
Who you are
Precise to the millimeter
You're precise. You notice when something is a millimeter off. And you don't let it go until it's right. Some people call that perfectionism. You just call it doing your job well.
You have experience as a tiler, or you have serious talent and the motivation to learn the trade. The latter is just as important. We're looking for people who are proud of their work. Who don't walk away when it gets tough. Who understand that a good result sometimes takes a bit more time.
- Eye for detail isn't something you turn on, it's just there
- You're physically strong, because tiles don't lift themselves
- You work precisely, even when no one's watching
- You're proud of beautifully finished work
- You can work independently, but ask for help when needed
What you'll do
Measure, cut, lay, grout
Laying tiles. Sounds simple, but everyone who knows the trade knows better. It's measuring, cutting, laying, grouting. And then checking again. And only then being satisfied.
- Setting, cutting and grouting tiles until it's perfect
- Bathrooms, kitchens, floors. Everything that needs to be precise.
- Working for private individuals and businesses
- Precise work that makes your inner perfectionist happy
- Working with colleagues who are just as precise as you
Every project is different. One day you're laying a sleek white bathroom, the next day an elegant mosaic floor. That's the beauty of this trade: it stays challenging.
You work at varying locations throughout Limburg. Sometimes alone, sometimes with a colleague. Always with the space to do your work well. No rush jobs you can't stand behind.
What you'll get
Quality work deserves good pay
