A CV says little about how someone functions in a team. We look at the whole person. Competencies, work attitude, and whether someone fits your culture.
Sometimes we don't have the right candidate immediately. Then we say so. Better to wait for the right match than quickly place someone who's gone again after three weeks.
After placement we're still there. Week 1, month 1, month 3. We check how it's going, with you and the candidate. Not for show, but because we want it to keep working.
