We get to know your company

Not just the vacancy, but your company. How does your team work? What's the atmosphere on the work floor? What type of person fits you? Only when we understand that, we start searching.

We select on character and skill

A CV says little about how someone functions in a team. We look at the whole person. Competencies, work attitude, and whether someone fits your culture.

We dare to say no

Sometimes we don't have the right candidate immediately. Then we say so. Better to wait for the right match than quickly place someone who's gone again after three weeks.

We stay involved

After placement we're still there. Week 1, month 1, month 3. We check how it's going, with you and the candidate. Not for show, but because we want it to keep working.
