Making a square into a circle
SparkHire was founded by someone who can't stand it when people are written off. Too often we saw how temp agencies shuffle CVs without seeing the person behind them. How good people get stuck because they don't have the right words on paper. How companies complain about "revolving door staff" while not making an effort themselves for a good start.
That had to change.

Our approach
First the person, then the CV
At SparkHire we don't start with a CV. We start with a conversation. Who are you? What drives you? What makes you happy? Only when we know that, we start looking at where you can thrive.
And we only place you somewhere you get a fair chance. That means: we also set requirements for clients. No good onboarding? Bad work atmosphere? Then we don't send people there.
Sounds logical. But in this industry, it's not. Most agencies deliver people and hope it works out. We do it differently.
