SparkHire is not a traditional temp agency. We look beyond the CV and go beyond the placement. Because we know that the right match is more than skills on paper.

The story

Making a square into a circle

SparkHire was founded by someone who can't stand it when people are written off. Too often we saw how temp agencies shuffle CVs without seeing the person behind them. How good people get stuck because they don't have the right words on paper. How companies complain about "revolving door staff" while not making an effort themselves for a good start.

That had to change.

Our approach

First the person, then the CV

At SparkHire we don't start with a CV. We start with a conversation. Who are you? What drives you? What makes you happy? Only when we know that, we start looking at where you can thrive.

And we only place you somewhere you get a fair chance. That means: we also set requirements for clients. No good onboarding? Bad work atmosphere? Then we don't send people there.

Sounds logical. But in this industry, it's not. Most agencies deliver people and hope it works out. We do it differently.

We only promise what we can deliver. No empty words, no hollow promises. If we say something, it's true. And when something doesn't fit, we say so too. Better honest than disappointed.

We check how it's going, not just if it's going. We visit the workplace. We know our people by name, not by number.

Reciprocal

We also set requirements for clients. We expect proper onboarding. We protect our candidates against bad workplaces.

The Real Conversation

Most agencies start with your CV and match you on skills. We flip it around. We start with who you are as a person. Your motivation, your work attitude, what you need to thrive. Only then do we look at what you can do.

Workplace Check

Before we introduce you somewhere, we investigate the employer. What's the atmosphere like? How do they treat their people? We talk to employees who already work there. Not a good place? Then we don't send you.

SparkHire B.V. is part of SparkWire Group B.V., an international organization with activities in the Netherlands and Germany. From our office in Heerlen we serve the Limburg and North Brabant regions, with the possibility for cross-border projects.

The group structure gives us the stability of a larger organization, with the agility of a local agency. We know the region, the culture, the companies. No distant headquarters somewhere far away.
