The world runs on internet. And someone needs to make that connection. Blowing fiber, splicing, testing, troubleshooting. It's technical work, but you don't need to be an engineer. If you understand how things work, or are willing to learn, you'll go far.
Who you are
Technically minded. Not necessarily schooled.
You understand how things work. Or you want to figure it out. When something breaks, you don't wait for someone else to fix it. You take action.
Fiber work requires precision. Half a millimeter off and the connection doesn't work. That might sound stressful, but for you it's actually satisfying: finally work where accuracy matters.
- Technical, eager to learn, and you stay calm when it gets busy
- You like working independently, but can also switch to team mode
- Dirty hands and outdoor work? Fine. That's part of the job.
- You have a driver's license, as you'll work at varying locations
What you'll do
Keeping Limburg connected
From new housing developments to business parks, from farms to apartments. Wherever fiber needs to go, you go.
- Blowing, splicing and testing fiber
- Finding and fixing faults
- Installing home connections
- Working indoors and outdoors
You don't need to be an expert. If you understand the basics and want to learn, we'll figure it out together. We'll train you until you can do it yourself.
The work is varied. One day you're in a meter cupboard, the next you're outside at a distribution box. Sometimes you work alone, sometimes with a team. And every connection you make brings someone online.
What you'll get
Good work, good pay

Honest advice
Sometimes our advice is: don't do it. Because we'd rather wait for the right place.
We don't let you go
After your first day, we're still there. And after your first week. And after that.
